OUSD After School Attendance Reminders:

  1. We recommend that programs input attendance data into Cityspan and the OUSD Attendance Tracker spreadsheet daily or weekly. All attendance must be completely entered by the 10th of the following month.
  2. All programs will submit monthly attendance records, including daily sign in/out sheets and the internal audit log, to OUSD by the 10th of every month. Please upload attendance records into your site's Google folder for OUSD deliverables.
  3. Please contact the Cityspan Help Desk if you have technical questions. For questions regarding OUSD attendance requirements, please contact Jack.Lowe@ousd.org or your OUSD After School Program Manager.
