Spring address and IRS verification statuses were updated April 8th, based on files pulled April 3rd

Liaisons, teens' enrollment checklists must be complete by March 21st for them to receive their check on time.
Any teens with "pending" beside their name on the Enrollment tab or a "(p)" by their name on the ASM Attendance Sheet need something.
Run the Enrollee Checklist Report from the Reports tab at the top of your Activity to see what each teen is missing.

The renewal form is due by Friday, January 31st, 5:00 PM.
The budget section and contract documents* are due:
February 28th for summer & yearlong providers, and
April 4th for school-year providers.*Organizations will now see a section at the bottom to submit organization documents, such as updated insurance.

You can now print the ASM Attendance Sheet for multiple days at once! Where you normally entered one date, you can now enter a date range.
Remember, you still do not want to print them for the whole program, as your enrollment will likely change.

Make sure your e-mail address is correct! Click on Participants & Staff on the left menu and then click on Program Staff. If your e-mail address is wrong, click your name to edit it. If you see that a colleague's e-mail address is wrong, let him/her know to log in and correct it.
